Job Description

Lunch/Recess Supervisor NixonThe role of the Lunch/Recess Supervisor is to monitor the daily routines of students both in the lunch setting and/or on the Duties & Responsibilities:Supervise the daily routines of the cafeteria and/or playground;Responsible for the maintenance of playground equipment;Notify teachers/administration of any challenging behaviors of students;Supports the social/emotional needs of students and behavior plans;Assist students with basic needs during lunchroom duties such as cutting food opening packages and cleaning up spills;Take children to the restroom or school nurse as needed;Answer questions from students and staff;Administer basic firstaid as needed;Other related duties as : ESPAS Level 4 Unit Position Hiring is contingent upon a successful CORI and fingerprinting : Resumes will be reviewed upon receipt and the position will remain open until filled.
