Summary of Duties:

This position provides oversight and leadership including volunteer management for the WSU 4H Youth Development Extension Program of Lincoln and Adams County with a focus on Animal Sciences which currently serves over 300 youth members enrolled in over 14 active clubs and lead by 100 volunteers. This oversight includes the implementation of programs and activities within the policies and procedures of WSU Extension and under the direction of the Lincoln County Extension Director and the State 4H Associate Director.

Monthly Salary: $3750.85 $5397.56 $1875.43 $2698.78 at 50 FTE) In accordance with
RCW 49.58.110the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidates current experience education skills and abilities related to the position. Temporary End Date: This is a temporary position expected to end on 12/31/2025. Renewal is dependent on the need for extension and/or if additional funding is secured to extend employment. Funding has been renewed successfully for several years and we expect funding to continue to be renewed.
