Overview:Math teachers are responsible for creating safe engaging and respectful learning environments for all students. This individual demonstrates sound pedagogical knowledge and understanding of math content areas. The candidate has an understanding of the Massachusetts Mathematics Curriculum Framework. The candidate employs a variety of age and developmentally appropriate instructional methods and tools designed to meet the needs of all learners. The ideal candidate collaborates well with colleagues to teach math concepts to a diverse group of students. The candidate can successfully establish strong relationships with students faculty parents and community. These anticipated openings are due to retirements in the department.
