Building Substitute
Peter Thacher Elementary
Responsibilities:
- Assigned to rotate into various teaching and support positions in the school on a daily basis.
- Implement teacher lesson plans and administrator directives with fidelity and efficiency.
- Communicate with classroom teachers regarding expectations for student work behavior and lesson .
- Must maintain the established routines and procedures of the school and classroom to which you are assigned.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Punctuality is critical and mandatory for this position.
- Clear communication written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree in Education
- Experience in a school or community setting working with children.
Benefits:
- This position works at Thacher every day school is in session.
- Certified applicants pay: $120/day
- NonCertified applicants pay: $105/day
