The ACE Wireline Capital Governance team is responsible for forecasting and monitoring spend publishing unit cost metrics and being the single source of truth for data related to capital for the ACE Wireline org. We partner closely with ACE staff teams National & Regional finance teams and SIP teams and frequently work on special projects for Leadership.
Overall Purpose:
This position is responsible for implementing improving supporting and leading the processes strategies communications and tools for technical organizations to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage in technical business areas with a focus on modeling and data analytics. Must have a thorough knowledge of the technical organization (processes procedures tools applications systems etc. and data analytics tools (DEEP PowerBI etc. coupled with a strong business background.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
Financial Oversight: Conduct financial modeling and analysis. Prepare and review business cases. Manage IT project management front door process and financials.
Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain metrics dashboards and performance analyses. Identify performance gaps and recommend solutions.
Compliance Support: Create and manage compliance policies standards and processes; manage audit and compliance reviews; conduct process and quality reviews and audits; conduct vendor management and relations; oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Internal Process Design and Implementation: Define design and implement processes and process improvement within the technical organization. Deploy tools and implement Agile methodology.
Planning and Strategy: Coordinate infrastructure programs and manage roadmaps. Engage in strategic and tactical planning activities. Create communications for technical organizations.
Job Contribution: An experienced professional with advanced interdisciplinary knowledge resolving difficult and complex issues using broad professional concepts. Guides others applying advanced principles and company practices. Leads moderate sized projects (or parts of larger projects) with strategic value. Operates autonomously with frequent senior leadership interaction.

Education/Experience: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science Engineering or Business. 3 years of related experience.
