Field Service Representative IZMIT
Location: Izmit Turkey
You can be based in: Izmit or Asian part of Istanbul
You will need to speak and write fluently in: English and Turkish
Veolia WTS is seeking a technically proficient Field Service Representative to join our team in Turkey. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cuttingedge water and process treatment technologies providing essential technical support to our valued customers in the petrochemical sector.
What are the DaytoDay Duties
- Conduct water and process analysis at customer sites
- Monitor and ensure accurate product dosing systems
- Manage onsite inventory control
- Provide technical reporting to customers and internal stakeholders
- Execute agreed service plans
- Participate in pilot and field trials
- Service refinery and chemical accounts
- Perform firstline troubleshooting
- Collaborate with technical functions and industry leads
Qualifications :
Preferred skills and experience
- BSc in Chemical Engineering Chemistry or relevant technical discipline or industry experience
- Knowledge of petrochemical water/process treatment technologies
- Experience with water/process laboratory analysis
- Strong technical problemsolving abilities
- Valid driving licence
- Computer literacy
- Strong communication skills
- Teamoriented approach
- Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) focused mindset
