Job Description
Our picturesque Summerset Boulcott village is a brandnew village & sits adjacent to the beautiful Boulcotts Farm Heritage Golf Club offering stunning views of the surrounding valley and lush greens. This village is still in development once complete this stunning village will offer a range of modern high quality living & care options to our residents.
About the Role:
Our Caf Assistant is in many ways the face of our business and as such you need to be able to relate to a wide range of people especially the elderly and their families.
This is a permanent parttime role working Friday Sat Sun Mon 9.30am 4pm
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Caf Supervisor with daily operation of the onsite caf
- Providing quality customer service to caf patrons
- Demonstrating compliance to all regulatory and hygiene requirements
- Assisting the coordination and catering of village residents functions

Qualifications :
About You:
You will be an energetic and friendly person with a positive cando attitude and good communication skills. We value your customer service ethic as much as the technical skills you bring to the team our culture is what sets us apart! To be successful you will bring:
- Top class customer service to ensure a great caf experience to our residents and their guests
- The ability to provide high quality and timely support for the Chef
- Prior experience with making great coffee food preparation and presentation is preferable
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
