Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the development and of marketing plans for category campaigns across owned earned and paid channels
- Work across marketing category and insights to understand and define problems to solve as the foundation to marketing and commercial plans
- Support endtoend campaign process from brief to dispatch ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about campaign progress and deliverables
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to track and manage budget bring campaigns to life deliver campaign objectives and report on results and actionable insights
- Assist in reconciling month end ensuring all supplier funding is transparent tracked and received
- Champion for process improvements within the Retail Marketing team
- Support the Retail Marketing Manager with any additional activities that may be required to drive trade
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Communications or Business
- 3 years of relevant work experience working across developing integrated campaigns and category marketing preferably for a fastpaced multisite retailer

- Has a track record of building strong cross functional relationships
- A curious data driven marketer who asks the right questions to solve customer problems and demonstrates a passion for marketing
- Confidence in verbal communication across multiple levels of the business
- Highly organized and responsive with strong project management skills.
- Collaborative A team player who presents a positive passionate and professional demeanour always
- A willingness to learn; work well under pressure with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and in an organised manner
- Excellent with all MS office software packages especially Excel Powerpoint and Google Smartsheet with good analytical and problemsolving skills
