We are currently seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our support team. This role involves managing client inquiries coordinating with internal departments and ensuring each customer receives exceptional service. The ideal candidate is organized reliable and communicates effectively.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Assist clients with service requests scheduling and general information
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and support afterservice
Contribute to the improvement of customer service procedures
Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
Previous experience in customer service or administrative support
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency
