Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer

Job Summary:
A leading organization is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with deep expertise in Stibo Master Data Management (MDM) to lead development support and optimization of MDM solutions. This strategic role involves overseeing platform upgrades maintaining environment integrity and ensuring alignment with evolving MDM best practices. The ideal candidate will also drive RunOps operations manage vendor relationships and collaborate on platform roadmaps and estimations with senior architects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and enhancements on the Stibo MDM platform
- Manage synchronization of lower environments with production
- Oversee platform updates and version control
- Drive RunOps performance and SLA adherence
- Collaborate with architects to define roadmaps and deliver estimates for new initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7 years in MDM 5 years on Stibo or equivalent platforms)
- Strong expertise in Java XML XSLT SQL and APIs
- Experience in platform governance and environment management
- Proven leadership in RunOps and crossfunctional collaboration
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
