Job Description
Job Title: ABAP Developer
Interview: Virtual
Job Duration: CTH
Job Location: Remote(while contract)
Overview:
We are seeking ABAP Developers 2 Senior 1 MidLevel) to support our SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and HR modules. Candidates must have strong ABAP development skills an understanding of compliance around payroll systems and the ability to operate under highpressure situations with excellent judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ABAP code for SAP ECP enhancements reports and interfaces
- Support SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central and Compensation
- Ensure compliance with security risk and audit standards related to payroll systems
- Collaborate with HR product teams to align technical solutions with business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents; participate in code reviews and quality checks
- Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD practices (preferred)
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle and application lifecycle management
Required Skills:
- Strong handson ABAP development experience
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors: Payroll Employee Central Compensation
- Knowledge of payroll compliance and security protocols
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities in highpressure environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- DevOps / CI/CD exposure (preferred)
