1. Human Resources System Development
Establish and continuously enhance the human resources framework in alignment with the company s strategic goals in Malaysia. Ensure that HR initiatives are fully integrated with the organizations overall strategic direction.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Lead endtoend recruitment efforts and workforce planning to support the company s growth in Malaysia. Ensure timely hiring of the right talent to meet business needs.
3. Compensation & Benefits Management
Maintain strong knowledge of local compensation trends and regulatory requirements. Design and implement competitive and compliant compensation and benefits programs that attract retain and motivate talent while managing overall HR costs effectively.
4. Employee Relations & Culture Building
Oversee the implementation of HR policies and practices to ensure compliance and foster employee engagement. Promote open communication drive employee care initiatives and champion the development of a positive and inclusive corporate culture.
5. Training & Development Support
Work closely with the training team to enhance the effectiveness and impact of training programs supporting employee development and organizational capability building.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 8 years of wellrounded HR management experience in Malaysia. Candidates with strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and prior exposure to crosscultural work environments will be given preference.
Core Competencies
Demonstrated expertise in recruitment employee training and development and managing employee relations.
Language Proficiency
Fluent in spoken and written Chinese English and Malay.
Interpersonal Skills
Excellent communication abilities and proven effectiveness in crossfunctional and crosscultural collaboration.
