Job Description
Are you passionate about building vehicles from the ground up Whether you are a recent graduate or a handson trainee this is your opportunity to join a growing production team at a prestigious UK vehicle manufacturer.
Our client is an established engineering company based in Leamington Spa renowned for producing iconic vehicles. Due to ongoing growth they are assembling a new team of Vehicle Build Technicians. These roles are open to both experienced individuals and those looking to start their career in automotive manufacturing.
Requirements
- Complete vehicle assembly including trim mechanical and electrical build
- Build components and systems from scratch within a baybuild environment
- Panel alignment profiling and ensuring highquality fit and finish
- Interior trim installation with attention to detail and aesthetics
- Use engineering drawings to guide accurate builds
- Identify and log build issues to support ongoing improvements
- (If experienced) Carry out fabrication and welding tasks
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in vehicle assembly or a similar handson technical role
- Ability to read engineering drawings and follow detailed assembly processes
- Skilled with handheld tools and precision components
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- A collaborative attitude and adaptability in a fastpaced environment
