As they scale they are looking for a highly skilled finance expert to oversee all financial aspects of business and drive sustainable growth.

Requirements
Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and handson Finance Manager / Head of Finance to take charge of our startup s financial health. This role involves managing accounts financial planning budgeting compliance and fundraising.
If you are an ambitious finance professional with an entrepreneurial mindset this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping our company s future.
If the candidate demonstrates exceptional leadership and commitment we are open to promoting them to Cofounder and Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial operations including accounting financial planning budgeting and forecasting.
Develop financial strategies to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with legal regulations and tax laws.
Prepare financial reports statements and dashboards for key stakeholders.
Manage cash flow working capital and financial risk.
Support fundraising efforts including investor relations and financial modeling.
Implement costsaving strategies and improve financial efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial planning with business goals.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations audits and financial reporting standards.
Play a key role in financial decisionmaking and advising on strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
(Optional) CA/CPA/CFA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Proven experience in finance management preferably in a startup or highgrowth company.
Strong knowledge of financial analysis budgeting and compliance.
Experience in fundraising investor relations and financial modeling is a plus.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools.
Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent leadership and decisionmaking skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
