The Sitting Elephant our renowned rooftop restaurant at Hotel EllBee Ganga View in Rishikesh is hiring an experienced and passionate Commi 1 (Indian & Tandoor). The ideal candidate will help develop and execute Indian and tandoor dishes maintain high kitchen standards and ensure guest satisfaction. Experience in vegetarian cuisine and the ability to work in a team are essential.
The Sitting Elephant hamara famous rooftop restaurant (Hotel EllBee Ganga View Rishikesh) ek experienced aur passionate Commi 1 (Indian & Tandoor) dhoond raha hai. Aapka kaam hoga Indian aur Tandoori dishes banana kitchen ki hygiene maintain karna aur guest satisfaction ensure karna. Veg cuisine ka experience aur team ke saath kaam karne ki ability honi chahiye.
Requirements
- Prepare and cook Indian & Tandoor dishes
- Strong knowledge of vegetarian cuisine
- Maintain hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Good communication and teamwork

- Indian & Tandoori dishes banana aana chahiye
- Veg khaane ki achhi knowledge honi chahiye

he ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Indian and tandoor cooking, a good understanding of vegetarian cuisine, and knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices. Strong teamwork, time management, and basic communication skills are essential, along with the ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in food preparation. (Candidate ko Indian aur Tandoor cooking ka practical experience hona chahiye, vegetarian cuisine ki achhi samajh honi chahiye, aur food hygiene aur kitchen safety ki knowledge bhi zaroori hai. Teamwork, time management, aur basic communication skills hone chahiye. Recipe follow karna aana chahiye aur khane ki quality consistent rakhni chahiye.
Education
Minimum 10th pass or Diploma in Hotel Management/Culinary Arts preferred
