Job Description
- Develop and prepare detailed 3D models and technical drawings in Revit for HVAC Refrigeration Plumbing and Process Piping systems in commercial building projects.
- Create update and manage BIM models to ensure coordination across mechanical electrical structural and architectural disciplines.
- Perform clash detection using Revit and resolve design conflicts in collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Interpret engineering sketches blueprints and specifications to create accurate and comprehensive design layouts.
- Revise designs based on client feedback design changes and field conditions.
- Conduct field visits as necessary to gather measurements and verify existing conditions.
- Maintain drawing files BIM models and documentation in compliance with company standards and project requirements.
- Ensure designs meet applicable building codes standards and best practices.
- Work with suppliers and vendors to incorporate equipment specifications into designs.
- Support fabrication and installation teams by providing clear and precise drawings.
