Requirements :
What Were Looking For
- 3 5 years of professional backend development experience
- Experience at at least one previous company
- Strong Java Spring background
- Solid SQL knowledge; PostgreSQL experience is a plus
- Experience building APIbased scalable web services
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and tackle unfamiliar code
- Independence and selfmotivation in a remote work setting
- A passion for highquality maintainable software
- Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes and modern CI/CD workflows
- GitHub fluency and comfort with pull request driven development
- Experience with observability tools (monitoring logging tracing)
- Background in distributed systems or microservice architecture
