Tasks
- Execute the sales strategy for the Chilean market translating trends customer feedback and local insights into actions in collaboration with the Country Manager.
- Manage the entire sales process from inbound lead handling to closing complex highvalue deals and ensuring an excellent postsale experience.
- Drive proactive lead generation building partnerships with architects designers and other referral sources to supplement the inbound pipeline.
- Present tailored solutions to customers including custom configurations premium upgrades and upsell options like screens lighting or accessories.
- Take ownership of sales exhibitions and events including planning and followup to boost brand visibility and lead quality.
- Track and improve key sales metrics (conversion rates AOV upsell rates) through strategic consultative sales and databacked decisions.
- Provide market and competitor insights to leadership helping shape pricing messaging and product positioning.
- Lead by example: coach other team members on advanced sales techniques objection handling and strategies to drive both individual and team success.
- Keep thorough and organized records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in highticket or luxury product sales (e.g. home improvement real estate automotive) with a proven ability to close complex deals.
- Minimum 6 years of B2C sales experience ideally including premium product offerings.
- Native Spanish speaker or equivalent fluency (C2 Level) with excellent English skills (C1 Level).
- Mastery of consultative selling techniques customercentric communication and highstakes negotiation.
- Demonstrated strength in upselling customer personalization and valuebased selling.
- Analytical mindset: ability to track KPIs assess funnel data and act on performance insights.
- Proven ability to mentor and support sales team members helping drive collective success.
- Experience attending or leading trade shows or exhibitions is highly valued.
- Prior experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- High energy entrepreneurial spirit and a strong drive to succeed in a fastpaced growing organization.
