Position Description

We are seeking aSystems Engineerto manage and optimize our cloudbased IT environment includingEgnyte Microsoft 365 Intune and Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud infrastructure security endpoint management and automation to enhance the companys IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Microsoft 365 Administration:ManageExchange Online SharePoint OneDrive Teams and security policies within Microsoft 365.

• Egnyte Administration:OverseeEgnyte file storage user access management permissions and integrationswith M365 and other enterprise applications.

• Intune & Endpoint Management:Deploy configure and manageWindows macOS and mobile devicesusingMicrosoft Intune. Implement compliance policies security baselines and automation.

• Azure Infrastructure:SupportAzure AD Virtual Machines Networking Security Groups and Conditional Access Policies.

• Security & Compliance:Implement best practices foridentity management MFA security hardening and compliance frameworks (SOC 2 NIST etc..

• Automation & Scripting:UsePowerShell Graph API and other automation toolsto streamline administration and improve efficiency.

• User Support & Training:Act as a technical SME for M365 Egnyte and Intunerelated issues providing guidance and training to endusers.

• IT Infrastructure Projects:Collaborate oncloud migrations security improvements and system optimizations.

Required Qualifications

• 35 yearsof experience in IT systems administration or engineering.

• Strong expertisein Microsoft 365 (Exchange Teams SharePoint OneDrive) and Intune for endpoint management.

• Handson experiencewithEgnytefile collaboration and security.

• Proficiency in Azure AD Conditional Access and Identity & Access Management (IAM).

• PowerShell scriptingexperience for automation and administration.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices compliance and risk management.

• Experience with networking fundamentals (VPN DNS DHCP Firewalls) is a plus.

• Industry certifications (Microsoft Egnyte or Azure) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supportingrenewable energy construction or similar industries.

• Experience withMDM solutions Zero Trust frameworks and hybrid cloud environments.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
