In this role youll be essential in ensuring smooth operations across the office coordinating exciting events (experience required) and supporting a culture of teamwork and growth. Position: Administrative Assistant Location: Corporate Office Green Bay Hours:Fulltime Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour (based on experience) What Youll Do: - Be the First Point of Contact: Greet guests clients and new employees with a welcoming attitude. Manage our multiline phone system and ensure smooth communication throughout the office.
- Support Our Team: Provide essential administrative and clerical support across all departments. Assist with new hire orientations and work closely with the CEO and HR department.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Organize and maintain office operations including managing mail office supplies and employee recognition programs.
- Plan Exciting Events: Collaborate with our Life Enrichment Specialist to plan and coordinate events that bring the team together and enhance our workplace culture.
- Facilitate Communication: Support internal communications and ensure smooth information flow across departments.

What Were Looking For: - Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associates degree is a plus. 24 years of administrative or office management experience preferred.
- Event Planning: Experience in event planning is required.
- Skills: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite excellent organizational and multitasking abilities exceptional communication skills and a knack for problemsolving.
- Requirements: A valid drivers license.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to sit stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds.
