IT System Administration Journey (Azure)

The Washington State Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) seeks to fill an Azure Administrator Journey position. This fulltime position is based in Olympia Washington. This position may be eligible for partial teleworking up to two days a week. Telework is a combination of inbuilding and offsite days. Position Overview
The Azure System Administrator is part of a team that works with a variety of programs that support school districts across the state. You will learn about our systems and customers to provide services used in delivering funding policy and equity to school districts across the state.
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organizations Azure cloud infrastructure and resources. You will ensure the availability performance and security of cloud resources supporting the organizations mission and goals by providing reliable and scalable cloud services.
Key Responsibilities(highlights)
You will have a range of responsibilities related to Azure Management and conferencing:
A bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or Information Technology. Working experience may be substituted for education year for year.
AND
And two 2 years of information technology experience such as consulting analyzing designing programming installing and maintaining computer software applications hardware or network infrastructure equipment in information technology. This is in addition to formal training education or the years of experience above.

Compensation
The annual compensation for the position is$85764 and $115344per year and depends upon experience educational background and qualifications. Geographic differentials may be applied based on work location of successful candidate. Washington State offers a generous benefit package including health dental and life insurance retirement and an optional deferred compensation program.
