What Youll Be Doing
- Supervise construction site employees in a Highway/Interstate environment
- Oversee proper implementation of safety procedures
- Assist with the planning and scheduling of work to meet project needs
- Manage and optimize the operations at the site to include planning personnel equipment quality costs and maintenance
- Communicate and coordinate with Construction Manager to ensure work load is scheduled and performed to meet the needs of the project
- Performs other related job duties as assigned.
What Are We Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalency and prior relevant job experience
- Valid/Clean Drivers License is required
- Working knowledge of regulations and regulatory agencies such as OSHA EPA and zoning law
- Understanding of the capability and proper utilization of blueprints machinery and equipment used in heavy/highway construction
- Must be familiar with local PA area
Work Environment
- Rotating Shift Work. Starting nights 6pm 6am then moving to shift rotation
- Fastpaced and dynamic highway construction sites.
