You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe SAP Project Manager will be responsible for leading the endtoend ERP implementation project including upgrading the existing SAP ECC system to S/4HANA and overseeing the Greenfield implementation for nonSAP legacy systems (FICO MM PM Asset Management Project Systems Warehouse Management Asset Accounting Workforce Management). The Project Manager will manage crossfunctional teams ensure adherence to project timelines budgets and quality standards and maintain strong communication with business and IT stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership experience in SAP implementations and expertise in managing large complex projects within the utilities sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the SAP S/4HANA transformation project ensuring successful delivery within scope time and budget.
Develop and maintain a detailed project plan including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and timely of project tasks.
Ensure project governance by setting up structured processes for monitoring project progress risks and issues.
Manage and mitigate project risks ensuring all project stakeholders are informed of any changes or potential impacts.
Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders ensuring alignment between business needs and IT solutions.
Oversee testing phases ensuring all modules are fully tested and validated before golive.
Ensure a smooth transition postgolive by coordinating hypercare and user training activities.
Provide regular updates to senior management highlighting project status risks and achievements.
Collaborate with the SAP Architect and technical teams to ensure the solution is fit for purpose and meets business objectives.
Requirements:
Experience: 10 years of experience in project management with at least 5 years of experience managing SAP implementation projects.
Proven experience in leading largescale SAP ERP implementation projects including S/4HANA migrations.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (FI MM PM PS) and integration points between these modules.
Experience in managing crossfunctional teams vendors and complex projects within the utilities sector (preferred).
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as SAP Activate Agile or Waterfall.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage budgets timelines and resources effectively.
Experience with risk management and mitigation in large ERP projects.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
PMP PRINCE2 or relevant project management certification (preferred).
