Job Description
We are looking for a IT Technical Support Consultant.
Fresher candidate : Any Degree with interest in Customer Support role 01 yrs exp) :
Ability to listen read and understand new material/document is necessary as they would be providing support during night hours mostly as a single member of support.
User account Management and troubleshooting
Good Communication Skills
Should be flexible for 24/7 Shift models
Preferred familiarity with Jira service desk
Basic understanding of any Cloud Service / Microsoft Azure services and concepts. Knowledge / Prior exposure to any Cloud Application Support work is preferable.
Basic understanding of MySQL database concepts and fundamentals. Familiarity with SQL syntax for querying and manipulating data in MySQL. Knowledge of basic database concepts like tables views and indexes. Ability to write simple SQL queries to retrieve data from a MySQL database. Understanding of basic data types and data integrity constraints in MySQL.
