About the role: The Portfolio Manager role will be the primary subject matter expert on our data center portfolio and the primary business partner for Operations Finance Engineering and other nondata center functions. This role will be responsible for reporting and forecasting the lifecycle of our data center portfolio and will report to the Director of Portfolio Operations.

  • Perform as the primary business owner for tracking and modeling our end to end data center lifecycle identify design construct fit out run and reporting out to other CoreWeave teams
  • Run our capital and operating expense forecasting and capacity modeling and provide updates against forecasts and budgets including construction spending
  • Review and understand P&L by location for impacts at a portfolio and businesslevel
  • Serve as the primary business partner and data center portfolio expert for other internal CoreWeave groups
  • Contribute to data center pipeline management and aid in construction of business cases for expansions of capacity
  • Responsible for maintaining library of data outputs and analysis including forecasting of new capacity added to the portfolio

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in data centers or portfolio operations
  • 3 years of experience in operations
  • 1 Years of experience with a highgrowth startup or consulting
  • 5 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in managing portfolios of assets is preferred
  • Bachelors degree in Finance or similar educational/professional experience
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Preferred Qualification:

  • MBA preferred
  • Salesforce experience preferred

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $115000$135000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
