Job Description
We have been working hard this year to expand our reach with our Telecom clients. We have just opened up our location in the South Jersey area and we are actively looking to grow our team!
We handle all of the direct Customer Service Sales and Marketing work for our clients through our unique approach. We work directly with customers of our clients putting our focus on building lasting relationships. Our firm has found much success in helping to maintain and grow our clients customer base over the years and we have big goals set as we head towards the coming year. That is why we are currently seeking an individual with exceptional communication skills and a drive for success to join our team as the Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities Include:
- Fostering excellent customer relationships on behalf of our clients
- Answering any and all product or service inquiries
- Making suggestions of products and services that may fit the customer needs and wants
- Upselling on additional products or services
- Completely closing sales when necessary
What We Look for:
- 01 years of experience in any customer service related field
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for working in customer service
