Your Role
As a Mobile Service Technician you will play a crucial role in delivering topnotch service directly to our customers ensuring their vehicles are safe and reliable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance including:
- Oil and filter changes.
- Tire rotations and air filter replacements.
- Lubrication and other minor services.
- Complete Factory Recalls scheduled by the service department.
- Meet customers at their homes workplaces or fleet locations providing a convenient and professional service experience.
- Conduct multipoint vehicle inspections to ensure safety and identify potential service needs.
- Document all work performed and recommended on repair orders.
- Collaborate with the Mobile Service Manager to prepare for upcoming appointments and maintain inventory on the service van.
- Maintain a mobile van service log to ensure the equipment is always in top condition.
- Stay current by participating in manufacturer training programs and events.
What You Bring to the Team
Were looking for individuals who are motivated customerfocused and eager to grow in the automotive industry.
Qualifications:
- Preferred but NOT Required: Previous vehicle maintenance or repair experience.
- A positive friendly attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic computer competencies and familiarity with diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent customer service skillsyoull be the face of our operation!
- Dexterity steady hands and good handeye coordination.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Must meet benefit eligibility requirements (waiting period may apply).
