You will be the key connector between D&T and the Supply Chain function ensuring that technology is not just a support function but a catalyst for operational excellence sustainability and endtoend process optimization. 1. Partnering for Operational Excellence

• Work closely with Supply Chain leaders Manufacturing Logistics and Procurement teams to understand their goals challenges and evolving needs.
• Bridge the gap between D&T and supply chain operations ensuring alignment clarity and strategic .

2. Leading Digital Transformation

• Own highimpact D&T projects that optimize production planning inventory management logistics efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Prioritize technology investments with a sharp focus on improving cost efficiency agility and endtoend visibility.

3. Driving Innovation in Supply Chain

• Keep a pulse on industry trends identifying and implementing smart manufacturing IoTdriven monitoring predictive analytics and AIpowered logistics solutions.
• Shape the future of D&T in the beer industry by embedding cuttingedge datadriven solutions into supply chain operations.

4. Championing Change

• Lead change management efforts ensuring new technologies are effectively adopted and leveraged to drive efficiencies.
• Equip teams with the tools automation and training needed to thrive in an evolving digital supply chain landscape.

• Define clear KPIs and performance metrics to track D&Ts contribution to operational efficiency sustainability goals and cost reduction.

What You Bring:

• A strong business mindset paired with deep IT expertise.
• Broadexperience in IT business partnership ideally in Supply Chain FMCG or a fastmoving industry.
• Proven success in project management strategic planning and change leadership.
• The ability to translate complex tech concepts into actionable business strategies particularly in manufacturing logistics and procurement environments.
