Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Vice Principal to join our esteemed School in Coimbatore. This is a seniorlevel fulltime position that requires strong leadership skills to support the colleges mission of academic excellence and empowerment through education. The Vice Principal will work closely with the Principal to oversee educational programs staff management and student development.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in educational leadership with a focus on fostering an inclusive and progressive school culture.
  • Comprehensive experience in curriculum development to enhance educational standards and student engagement.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills to effectively address and manage disputes among staff students and parents.
  • Proficiency in staff management including hiring training and evaluating the performance of academic and administrative staff.
  • Competency in parent communication to ensure a transparent and collaborative relationship between the school and the home environment.
  • Adept at student assessment to monitor academic progress and implement necessary interventions for improvement.
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to educational standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Commitment to professional development encouraging staff and students to pursue continuous learning and innovation.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Principal in the overall administration and management of the college ensuring alignment with academic goals and strategies.
  • Lead curriculum planning and strengthen the academic programs to meet high standards of educational quality and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with faculty and administrative staff to foster a collaborative and dynamic educational environment.
