Warehouse Operations Manager

Are you an experienced warehouse manager or stock control specialist looking to take the next step in your career
Our client a hugely respected longestablished business within the agricultural sector is seeking a proactive and detailorientated Warehouse Operations Manager to join their team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily warehouse operations ensuring efficiency and accuracy in stock management
- Managing stock levels reordering and optimising inventory processes
- Implementing and managing a new stock system to improve tracking reporting and overall inventory control
- Leading and supporting the warehouse team fostering a highperformance culture
- Liaising with other teams ensuring seamless collaboration across the business
- Providing outstanding customer service acting as a professional and knowledgeable point of contact
Requirements:
- Experience in warehouse operations or stock control management (or a similar field)
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage and engage a team effectively
- Outgoing driven and eager to bring new ideas to the table
- Good administrative numerical and IT skills
- Agricultural background preferred but not essential
To be considered for this role you must be within a commutable distance of Dumfries or willing to relocate.
Package:
This is a really exciting opportunity offering a base salary of up to 40K for the right individual in addition to 28 days of annual leave a performancebased bonus and a huge opportunity for career progression.
