What Youll Do

Key Responsibilities:
- Salesprocess optimization Design implement and refinesalesprocesses to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data analysis and reporting Analyzesalesdata create reports and provide insights to leadership to drive performance.
- CRM management Oversee the day-to-day administration of the CRM system ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Salestraining and support Coordinate or provide training and support to thesalesteam onsalesprocesses tools and best practices.
- Salesforecasting Use data analysis and market trends to forecast futuresalesand inform business strategies.
- Salescompensation and incentive programs Develop and managesalescompensation plans and incentive programs.
- Performance tracking and analysis Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to improvesalesefficiency.
- Collaboration with other departments Work closely cross-functional to ensure alignment and support forsalesinitiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance or a related field.
- 57 years of experience in sales sales operations or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency insalestechnologies and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience insalessalesoperations or related fields.
Salary Range: 80K - 100K
