What Youll Do ASalesOperationsManageror analyst isa key player in asalesorganization responsible for optimizingsalesprocesses improvingsalesteam efficiency and ensuring alignment with overall business bridge the gap betweensalesstrategy and execution by analyzing data implementingsalestechnology and providing training and support to thesalesteam.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesprocess optimization Design implement and refinesalesprocesses to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Data analysis and reporting Analyzesalesdata create reports and provide insights to leadership to drive performance.
CRM management Oversee the day-to-day administration of the CRM system ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Salestraining and support Coordinate or provide training and support to thesalesteam onsalesprocesses tools and best practices.
Salesforecasting Use data analysis and market trends to forecast futuresalesand inform business strategies.
Salescompensation and incentive programs Develop and managesalescompensation plans and incentive programs.
Performance tracking and analysis Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to improvesalesefficiency.
Collaboration with other departments Work closely cross-functional to ensure alignment and support forsalesinitiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance or a related field.
57 years of experience in sales sales operations or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency insalestechnologies and CRM systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and project management skills.

Salary Range: 80K - 100K
