Job Description
Key Obsessions:
Accurate material movement transactions
Handle the entry of purchased and fabricated parts ensuring accurate documentation in ERP system.
Operate forklift company truck and other equipment to move and deliver material and parts.
Perform loading and unloading of trucks.
Plating purchase order accuracy
Accurately record part movement data in ERP system.
Create purchase orders for various plating operations in RP system.
Identify discrepancies through team collaboration.
Assist internal customers
Provide necessary parts to facilitate machine building.
Assist in locating missing and/or stalled parts and organizing rework parts.
Communicate with Fabrication team regarding part status and issues.
Core Accountabilities:
- Foster open communication knowledgesharing and collaboration while upholding Aagards values of Winning Together Honorably Passionately and Positively.
- Recommend and implement best practices to prioritize safety improve productivity reduce costs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain professional interactions with customers and vendors representing Aagard accurately and positively.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous shipping receiving and inventory experience.
Ability to operate or be trained to operate a forklift.
Ability to walk or sand up to 100 of the time.
Ability to lift push pull up to 50lbs. (utilize 2 person assist if needed).
Valid drivers license required.
