2. Training motivating & providing update market information.

3. Strategizing planning & implementing new ideas of business.

4. Managing and servicing only Wealth Management and HNI customers.

5. Set up NRI Cell devising acquisition strategy to crosssell & acquiring New To Insurance clients.

6. Analyzing training needs with respect to products behavioral and managerial Developing training modules.

7. Drawing the training calendar.

8. Imparting Class room Training on products or selling skills during Induction programs or Cycle meets and field trainings.

9. Exercise checks and controls effectively for discipline performance.

10. Getting implemented companies strategies effectively and feedback.

11. Built a competent sales management team.

Qualification MBA.

Experience 3 to 4 years.

Location Mumbai BKC.

Age limit 25 to 32yrs.

CTC 3.50 to 6.20 Lacs per annum reimbursement.

1 23 yrs of experience in Institutional Sales.

Experience of sales in a Finance industry would be an added advantage.

2 Past track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.

3 Strong interpersonal skills and networking ability.

4 An understanding of the financial markets and the economy.

5 Faultless verbal and written communication skills.

Key Performance Areas

The Relationship Manager will be allocated a market the productivity of which he/she will be responsible for.

The role would primarily involve activities that include building a credible pipeline of prospective clients understanding client needs developing customized client proposals deliver client presentations.
