Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Process Data Engineer / Process Data Analyst / Data Integration Engineer with expertise in Aspen IP 21 and SQL. The role involves managing process data integrating industrial systems and ensuring data accuracy for reporting and analytics in a pharmaceutical manufacturing Responsibilities:Process Data Management: Maintain and optimize Aspen IP 21 data historian for realtime process data Analysis & Reporting: Extract analyse and visualize data using SQL Power BI and & ETL: Develop and manage ETL workflows for seamless data integration across industrial automation System Support: Work with SCADA PLCs and MES to ensure smooth data & Validation: Ensure adherence to GMP FDA and process validation Monitoring: Optimize system performance using cloud platforms and predictive Skills and Qualifications:Expertise in Aspen IP 21 SQL and process data knowledge of ETL tools and data integration with SCADA PLC and industrial automation with cloudbased data platforms (AWS Azure).Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau).Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations (GMP FDA compliance).Experience with incident management tools (ServiceNow Jira).
