The primary responsibility of the Sales Development Representative is to conduct daily cold outreach activities to generate qualified leads and secure discovery meetings. This role requires a high level of energy persistence and a strong work ethic.
Key Performance Areas:
Conduct a minimum of 125 cold calls daily to identify and qualify potential leads with the goal of scheduling discovery meetings for the Sales Team.
Develop and execute targeted email enrolment campaigns to engage prospects.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all activities and interactions within the CRM system.
Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Partner with Sales Operations to contribute to sales enablement initiatives and refine target audience lists.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot Salesforce or Zoho (nonnegotiable).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant B2B sales development role.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly adapt to new strategies and embrace emerging technologies.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced collaborative environment and possess a strong motivation to succeed.
Coachable driven and possess a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills fostering strong relationships.
