You will

Build meaningful relationships with potential buyers and sellers understanding their needs and desires

Guide clients through the entire real estate process from initial consultation to closing

Show properties to prospective buyers highlighting key features and benefits

Prepare and present offers negotiate terms and ensure all paperwork is handled accurately

Follow up with leads promptly and maintain consistent communication

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets

Continuously learn about market trends property values and the local real estate landscape

Maintain and develop valuable Realtor relationships

You have

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales in real estate with a developer

Experience leasing up new residential properties is an asset

A passion for real estate and helping people find their dream homes

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A positive attitude and a drive to succeed

Excellent time management and organizational skills

The ability to work independently and as part of a team
