Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesperson with a strong background in real estate to join our team in the TriState Area. The primary responsibility is to acquire parking lots and garages to expand our operations. This position requires a proven track record in real estate sales outstanding communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to grow within the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify acquire and negotiate terms for parking lots and garage properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners brokers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for expansion.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed acquisition targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales with a focus on property acquisition.
- Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with the TriState Area real estate market.
Location: TriState Area
Salary: $75k$100k Commission
