Position Summary

The Concierge is responsible for deliveringexceptional guest service experiences to all clientele that have interactionswith City Winery. This individual serves as a point of contact at the BoxOffice for purposes of general guest relations and support ticketing CWRewards Program and CW merchandise. The Concierge team member is responsiblefor maximizing ticket and retail merchandise sales while serving as a brandambassador of the Company.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years prior experience in a concierge box office or customer servicerole in a hospitality setting and/or relevant experience
• Ability to consistently deliver highquality guest experiences exceedguest expectations and strive to create a memorable guest experience
• Strong work ethic calm demeanor with customerfocused approach andimmaculate attention to detail
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) interpersonalskills and a proven ability to build positive relationships with coworkers andguests.
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days nights weekends andholidays

Overview of Responsibilities

• Correspond with guests in person phone and email
• Manage inperson online and phone ticket sales
• Handle all retail merchandise transactions organizationsales inventory ordering needs and upkeep
• Maximize ticket sales and retail merchandise sales
• Actively participate in and support box office staff dutiesas needed including set up and breakdown of venue spaces
• Assist guests with seat changes
• Compile house and artist comps and arrange seatingappropriately
• Handle troubleshooting with guests on ticketing purchases
• Close out and reconcile box office transactions
• Arrange special care of VIPs Investors or other guestswho may receive gratis food or drink
• Maintain a neat and tidy Concierge booth
• Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate cashdrawer
• Attend trainings tastings meetings as needed
• Maintain a knowledge of City Winery brand historyculture and programming both in venue and restaurant
• Other duties tasks projects as per business need
