Job Description

Green Window Cleaning Services LLC is once again expanding and growing our team and we are excited to offer a career opportunity for a dedicated and dynamic Office Associate. As a premier window cleaning company specializing in large commercial commercial and residential properties we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and building longlasting relationships with our clients.

We are seeking an Office Associate to specialize in Customer Service and Operational Support. This key role will focus on updating Work Orders completing Profit and Loss Statements for projects invoicing customers and maintaining communication with clients regarding upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service 75: Serve as the first point of contact for customers providing outstanding support and addressing inquiries related to services project status and scheduling.

  • Operational Support 25: Assist with operational tasks including the creation and maintenance of work orders profit and loss statements and ensuring the operations team has all necessary information to execute projects successfully.

  • Communicate with customers about upcoming projects and ensure they receive accurate and timely updates.

  • Invoicing customers and processing accounts receivable.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow and project success.

Position Requirements:

  • Hours: 3040 hours per week with the potential to transition into a fulltime role for the right candidate.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite QuickBooks and CRM Software (The Customer Factor) is preferred.

  • Experience with Accounts Receivable and Customer Service is essential.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrates strong customer service skills and understands the importance of a positive first interaction with clients.

  • Organizational skills to handle a variety of tasks and ensure all details are managed accurately.

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact effectively with customers and team members.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment to support the operations team in meeting deadlines and goals.
