Job Description: Manager Lending Operations
PhonePe Indias leading digital transactions platform and a pioneer in UPI payments is seeking a highly motivated individual to join its Consumer Lending team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing robust operational processes and driving automation initiatives from the ground up. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills meticulous attention to detail and the ability to comprehend complex systems.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the Consumer Lending Operations vertical and oversee the team.
- Establish and manage processes for loan origination disbursement repayments and collections.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to enhance conversion rates and user experience.
- Pinpoint and execute systemlevel enhancements to optimize repayment and collections processes.
- Devise and implement feedback loops for continuous improvement of customer support processes.
- Collaborate with the Customer Support team to create SOPs for addressing customer issues.
- Develop a comprehensive Reconciliation Control process for Lending Operations.
- Analyze interpret and implement regulatory guidelines pertinent to the Lending Business.
- Manage business reporting and fulfill adhoc reporting requirements.
- Proactively identify issues and lead process streamlining initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
- from a Tier1 institution or MBA from a Tier1/Tier2 institution with 57 years of experience in Operations (preferably in the lending sector).
- Proven ability to build relationships influence crossfunctional teams and leadership and drive strategic of key projects.
- Agile highly collaborative and possesses excellent communication skills.
- Strong logical reasoning and problemsolving abilities.
- Capacity to evaluate streamline and establish scalable processes.
