Are you available to work shift work weekends and sleepovers! Attractive hourly rates from $ 46.69 to $50.06 ph plus penalties and allowances.

About the Role:
As a Residential Youth Worker you will be the backbone of our mission. Working under the guidance of our experienced Team Leaders and Youth Coordinators you will:
Support and Guide: Provide daytoday care teach practical and social skills and prepare young people for adulthood.
Foster a Safe Environment: Create a consistent and nurturing atmosphere.
Be a Role Model: Lead by example helping young people develop confidence and skills.

About You:
To be successful in this role you will need:
Qualifications: Cert IV in Child Family and Youth Intervention (or equivalent) or willingness to obtain it.
Licenses: A valid Queensland Drivers License.
Screening: Current Working with Children Check NDIS Worker Screening and LCS2.
Availability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings afternoons sleepovers weekends and public holidays.
Passion: A genuine commitment to supporting young people and contributing to a positive team culture.
