A reputable partner hospital in Naples FL is seeking a fulltime Lead Veterinarian to join their dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a DVM be licensed to practice in the state of Florida and bring 25 years of experience in a leadership role. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned veterinarian to oversee the management of a wellestablished clinic providing highquality patient care while leading a talented team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including diagnosis treatment and surgery.
- Supervise mentor and train veterinary technicians and assistants.
- Manage the financial operations of the clinic including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement new programs and initiatives to improve patient care and clinic efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources to support patient care and growth.
- Ensure the clinic operates smoothly while maintaining high standards of veterinary care.
Qualifications:
- DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school.
- Licensed veterinarian in the state of Florida.
- 25 years of experience in a Lead Veterinarian role or equivalent leadership experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
