Job Description
- Position: Lead Developer
- Location: Oak Brook IL (Onsite Work from Office Local to Illinois only)
- Experience Required: Minimum 10 years
- Visa Type: US Citizen or Green Card holder only
- Job Type: Contract (C2C)
- Interview: Must attend in-person 1st round interview at Oak Brook IL office

Technical Requirements:
- Lead experience with (70% focus)
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals
- Experience with at least one front-end framework (React Vue or Angular) 30% focus
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB
- Proficient knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure)
- Solid understanding of Microservices architecture & CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills especially with Data Structures and Algorithms
- Excellent communication skills and strong team player
- High ownership and positive attitude toward work
