Campus Manager / Accommodation Manager (m/w/d) Leipzig
Start: May 2025 Location: Student accommodation in Leipzig Germany Fulltime
Introducing Lumis Living a premier accommodation provider offering a unique blend of comfort convenience and community. We currently have student accommodation in the vibrant cities of Graz Leipzig Vienna Cardiff and Leicester and we are expanding our reach across Europe. In Austria Lumis Living boasts two stateoftheart sites in Graz and Vienna. Further enhancing our international footprint Lumis Living proudly presents a contemporary residence in Leipzig Germany providing students with a home away from home
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the daily operations of our student residence.
- Provide personal support to our students and handle their rental inquiries including via social media.
- Ensure high occupancy through proactive occupancy management.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and house rules.
- Coordinate external service providers contractors suppliers and partners.
- Lead the onsite team and handle shift scheduling.
- Manage the budget control expenses and check invoices.
- Oversee all administrative and operational processes in the office.
- Document and analyze operational procedures in line with management guidelines.
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training or degree ideally in hotel/tourism management real estate management or a similar field.
- Professional experience in managing student housing (or residential complexes hotels etc..
- Strong organizational and communication skills; you enjoy working with people and service providers.
- A serviceoriented responsible and teamdriven mindset.
- Excellent German skills (at least C1 and good English skills (at least B2.
- Confident use of MS Office especially Excel and Word experience with property management software is a plus.
- Independent structured and solutionoriented working style.
- Friendly confident and professional demeanor.
