POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
This hybrid role provides an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in real estate finance at a leading publicly traded REIT. This individual will be a part of a high caliber team and will work closely with leadership in a dynamic fastpaced environment and will provide critical analytical support across finance asset management reporting forecasting and budgeting. We are seeking a proactive collaborative and motivated individual who is eager to learn take on new challenges and grow their career in real estate finance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

We are seeking a proactive collaborative and motivated individual who is eager to learn take on new challenges and grow their career in real estate finance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare financial reports presentations and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Perform analyses of operating performance to identify trends in revenue expenses and NOI to anticipate potential negative performance of individual properties or portfolio of properties
- Develop and maintain financial models to provide visibility of operating performance and support decisionmaking
- Assist in preparation of monthly & quarterly operating metrics
- Prepare deliverables for quarterly earnings calls including Q&A preparation and investor relations support
- Collaborate with crossfunctional departments including Accounting Portfolio Management and Investments to provide financial analysis and support strategic decisionmaking
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in models reports and analysis to support sound business decisions
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or related field
- 2 years of experience in corporate finance FP&A real estate finance or a related field
- Advanced in financial modeling Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data and present findings
- Experience with financial reporting and analyzing P&L balance sheet and cash flows
- Aptitude to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fastpaced dynamic work environment
- Local candidates only
- Experience in real estate investment trusts (REITs) or commercial real estate finance
- Knowledge of financial reporting systems (e.g. MRI Yardi PowerBI)
- Familiarity with real estate finance concepts capital allocation and development / redevelopment processes
