We are currently hiring on behalf of a confidential client who is at the forefront of the industry. This client is known for delivering innovative highquality builds and is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Superintendent to join their dynamic team in Atlanta Georgia.
Position Overview:
As a Senior Superintendent you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of groundup data centre construction projects. You will work closely with project managers subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all onsite construction activities for groundup data center projects.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Monitor project schedules budgets and resources to ensure timely and costeffective completion.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure seamless project .
- Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of construction experience with at least 5 years in groundup data centre builds.
- Proven experience working for a general contractor.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and best practices.
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of construction.
- Must be located in or around Atlanta Georgia.
