Job Description
- Dust all furniture including desks chairs tables (exposed areas of desk only) and other areas as assigned
- Clean all mirrors and glass within the unit including interior glass in partitions and doors
- Clean sanitize and polish all bathroom fixtures including toilet bowls urinals and hand basins
- Empty and maintain all containers and garbage bins
- Refill all dispensers to normal limits including napkins soap tissue towel liners and cups
- Perform additional cleaning instructions received from client (when required)
- Establish positive rapport with clients when possible
- Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
- Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Pride taken in providing clean residential and commercial environments to clients
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Flexible adaptable and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Minimum of one 1 years of experience in commercial cleaning is preferred
- This position requires a high level of physical exertion
- Moderate intensity of sensory effort is required
