We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Recruiter to join our team and lead fullcycle recruitment projects for a variety of clients.
Our goal is simple: match the right talent to the right role and we want you to be a part of it.
A day at work:
You will:
Participate in all recruiting activities to include: job description creation sourcing advertising positions screening phone interviewing interviews and hires in order to fulfill the timely placement of our projects.
Develop and manage a network of active and passive candidates and grow it.
Ensure timely and efficient communication with clients as well as with candidates.
Requirements:
Bachelors or/ and Masters degree of HR or other.
Minimum 12 years experience related with screening interviewing and assessing candidates for various roles in different industries.
Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
Fluency in English.
Personal characteristics:
Excellent communication skills.
Organizational planning and time management skills.
Very good problemsolving skills with the ability to think both logically and creatively.
Selfmotivation with the desire to deliver high quality results within the agreed timelines.
You have:
Full Time Job (Monday to Friday).
