Job Description

Location: Andhra Pradesh Karnataka Telangana & Tamil Nadu

JobSummary: We are seeking an experienced SalesManager to lead our sales efforts in the agriculture implements sector. Theideal candidate will have 810 years of proven experience in salesspecifically within the agriculture industry and will be responsible fordriving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the southern statesof India.

KeyResponsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achievecompany targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in theagriculture implements market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with keycustomers and stakeholders.

Conduct market analysis to understand trends andcustomer needs.

Manage and lead sales team to ensure effectiveperformance and achievement of sales goals

Conduct market research and analysis to stay updatedwith industry trends and competitor activities

Prepare sales forecasts and reports for managementreview.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Agriculture Business or arelated field; MBA preferred.

810 years of experience in sales within theagriculture implements industry.

Strong understanding of the agricultural market inAndhra Pradesh Karnataka Telangana and Tamil Nadu.

Ability to travel frequently and work independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales managementsoftware.

Excellent communication negotiation andinterpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding salestargets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
