Job Description
Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: New Jersey or New York / Remote

Summary: We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Technical Project Manager that is able to manage multiple complex programs / projects and drive results. This role requires that you have the ability to quickly building rapport across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and delivery of solutions.
- Drive and influence technical strategy proactively identify problems and align on priorities.
- Build strong trusting partnerships to readily mobilize people and influence across a broad range of partners leaders and organizations without authority.
- Deliver timely effective easily understandable concise project deliverables including detailed project work plans presentations budget reviews crossproject dependencies risks analyses and mitigation strategies stakeholder coordination and status communication.
- Communicate across audiences effectively understanding and utilizing escalation paths and updating stakeholders.
- Ability to translate technical rollouts and features to nontechnical audiences.
- Handle high volume workloads and provide exceptional customer support.
- Accountable for driving delivery of projects from start to finish.
- Ability to manages external resources; vendors and contractors when required.
- Independently manage teams and help groups problem solve.
- Facilitate meetings discussions and document key decisions made.
- Manage tight deadlines.
- Effectively manage stress in accomplishing the foregoing list.
- BA/BS in business computer science preferred or other technical field or appropriate work experience 7 years of applicable experience in a technology environment preferably for a large company.
- Demonstrated success in the delivery of multiple projects.
- PMP or CSM Certifications. Project Management expertise and experience.
- Experience project managing Microsoft Platform for device provisioning.
- Experience managing WVD Windows Virtual Desktop.
- Experience managing Virtual Desktop Provisioning Transition to W365 and WVD.
- Experience with W365 Account Provisioning.
- Experience managing ServiceNow Form Implementations.
- Ability to work on multiple teams in highly autonomous environments.
- Display a competency in managing multiple projects.
- Detailed oriented and strong communicator.
- Aligns and leads project teams to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Manages work with practicality and wisdom in the midst of competing priorities and diverse personalities.
- Ability to influence internal and external team members without direct reporting authority
- Experience distilling complex technical information and conveying to different types of audiences to enable quick decisioning.
- Strategic thinker with analytical and technology focused problemsolving experience.
- Experience with demonstrating negotiation and conflict management.
- Resultsoriented high energy selfmotivated.
